Scholarship Description: The Department of Historical Studies invites applications for a teaching fellowship in modern extra-European history. You may be a specialist in any area of the history of the Americas, Asia or Africa since 1800. You should normally have received your PhD by the date of appointment, though applications from those very close to submission will be considered. An active research record will be an advantage. You will be expected to devise and teach a range of units in the undergraduate History degree and in the MA in History programme.
